6. Prohibited Activities

  • Submitting previously redeemed cards.
  • Attempting to manipulate card balances or transaction outcomes.
  • Engaging in illegal financial activity.
  • Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or abuse promotions.
  • Providing false identity or verification information.

7. Identity Verification

AlephCards may require identity verification, including submission of government-issued identification and selfie verification, before approving transactions, releasing payments, or maintaining account access. Failure to complete verification may result in delays, cancellation, or account restrictions.

8. Completed Transactions

Once a gift card has been successfully verified, redeemed, and payment has been issued, the transaction may be considered final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

AlephCards shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from invalid cards, fraudulent activity, verification failures, service interruptions, third-party payout delays, banking issues, or inaccurate information submitted by users.

Accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity may be suspended, restricted, or permanently removed from the platform without prior notice where necessary.
