How do I sell my gift card? +

Create an account, submit your gift card details on the Sell Gift Card page, and follow the instructions provided. Once your card is reviewed and successfully verified, payment will be processed according to the applicable payout timeline.

How long does payment take? +

Payment times depend on the gift card brand, transaction type, verification status, and risk review requirements. Some trades may complete within 30–40 minutes, some within 1–2 hours, others within 7–11 days, and certain cards may require up to 45 days. Estimated timelines are usually shown during submission.

Why do some gift cards take longer than others? +

Different brands have different redemption systems, fraud risk levels, balance validation methods, and settlement periods. Cards requiring manual review or delayed redemption may take longer to complete.

Do I need ID verification (KYC)? +

Yes. All users are required to complete identity verification before selling a gift card. This may include a government-issued ID and selfie verification. KYC helps prevent fraud, protect users, and maintain platform security.

When will I be asked for verification? +

Verification is required for first-time users and may also be requested again for higher-value trades, unusual activity, repeated transactions, risk reviews, account updates, or where required for compliance purposes.

What gift cards do you accept? +

Why was my gift card rejected? +

A gift card may be rejected if the balance cannot be verified, the card has already been redeemed, submitted information is incorrect, the card is unsupported, or the transaction does not meet internal review requirements.

Can I cancel after submitting my card? +

Once review or redemption has started, cancellation may not be possible. If you submitted incorrect details, contact support immediately and we will review the request where possible.

Why is my account restricted? +

Accounts may be temporarily restricted for incomplete verification, suspicious activity, multiple failed submissions, policy violations, or security checks. Contact support if you believe this was done in error.
