AlephCards provides a platform where users can sell their gift cards in exchange for cash payments. Because gift cards are digital assets that are verified and redeemed during the transaction process, refunds are generally not applicable once a transaction has been completed.
2. No Refunds After Verification
Once a submitted gift card has been successfully verified and accepted by AlephCards, the transaction is considered final. At this point, the gift card balance may already be redeemed, and therefore the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded.
3. Invalid or Unverified Gift Cards
If a submitted gift card fails verification due to incorrect information, invalid balance, or prior redemption, the transaction will be declined and no payment will be issued.
4. Payment Issues
In the event that a verified transaction experiences a payment processing issue, AlephCards will work to resolve the problem and ensure the correct payment is delivered to the user.
5. Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity
If a gift card submission is suspected to be fraudulent, stolen, or obtained through unauthorized means, AlephCards reserves the right to cancel the transaction and suspend the associated account.
6. Policy Updates
AlephCards may update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect operational or regulatory changes. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any revised policies.
